(The RAah Project is a band from Melbourne, Australia, who make an unusual melange of beat-based orchestral lounge jazz. (Here’s a sample song.) Vocalist Ryan Ritchie and violinist Tamil Rogeon, who were also members of the similarly unusual post-rock hip-hop act True Live, are the band’s leading creative lights.
