(Some of my favorite albums when I was under, say, nine weren’t expressly recorded for children. Most of the albums here were, while a few of them simply feel as if they should have been. I find them all pleasurable to listen to, though, even now, as an ostensible adult. I’ve listed them in alphabetical order.)
