Five Favorite Steven Spielberg Movies

(By appearances, I value him for his early escapist work more highly than for the later, more dramatic work generally regarded as his most serious. But the truth is that I value his more sober, less fanciful movies, too: I just value the wrong ones. Here are my five favorites, listed in order of preference.)
