This year, for Little Rock’s Six Bridges Book Festival, I’ll be participating in a lunchtime panel with debut author (and one-time Arkansan) Stacey Yu, whose novel Kitten has been earning great reviews and was recently longlisted for the Center for Fiction’s First Novel Prize. I intend to read a short excerpt from a work in progress before Stacey and I chat with each other and our moderator, the famed Little Rock political consultant, film critic, bon vivant, raconteur, and all-around swell guy Michael Cook, as well as take questions from the audience.
